SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Regaular shipping normally takes 3-10 business days. We do not offer next day shipping. We ship after the payment has cleared the bank, usually by the third day, this provides added protection against fruadulent purchases by giving the card holder time to catch fraudulent charges and contact their bank and/or Digital Kingz.
Shipping Summary (Fastest to Slowest): Bank Wire Transfer / Western Union - 5% off due to saved credit card transaction fees! = 3-5 day shipping. Credit Card = 3-10 days shipping, unless the order is shipped with our express shipping at an extra $10, which ships in 2-5 days. All orders ship either by DHL, EMS or USPS Priority mail and come with online tracking. Orders are shipped worldwide. Some orders are marked as “Sample” and given nominal retail value - please check with your local customs office in regards to duty, any duty charged is to be paid by the buyer (this does not apply to domestic orders as there are no duty charges), you can also email us to ask us any questions.
FOREIGN ORDERS:
We only ship to the following countries - buyers must pay for any custom duties charged for the import of these wholesale orders:

Additionally, new Non-Domestic Buyers may only pay via Western Union or Bank transfer. If you are a current or returning Non-Demestic Buyer with any and all payment methods available.
Buyers will receive an email confirmation when their item ships. Estimated delivery time frame from when a package ships:
N. America, Canada, W. Europe, Australia and Japan: 2 - 14 Days
E. Europe, SE Asia, Caribbean, S. America: 7 - 20 Days
Anywhere else: 10 - 30 Days
All shipping time frames are Business days they do not include Saturday & Sunday. Also they do not include the 3 day's for payment processing.
WARRANTIES, REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
All products and product accessories come with a 1) 1 month functional warranty and 2) 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
Orders may be returned within the first fifteen (15) days (from time of delivery), wherein the Buyer pays for shipping back to Digital Kingz . At that point, 1) we can re-ship new units, 2) we repair the units depending on the condition of items sent to us or 3) refund the Buyer at a 15% restocking fee. After fifteen days (from time of delivery) All Sales Are Final so please make sure to email us / call us and ask us any questions before placing your order.
"Damaged" Products: Any "Dismantled," "Marked," or "Visibly defaced" product(s) by the customer will VOID all warranties Pre-orders & Pre-sales with all pre orders & presales the customer is given a great discount or added gifts with there order, but they will take a little longer to ship from 1 week until 2 weeks & they cannot be cancelled until the day after the estimated shipping date.
DISCOUNTS:
There is a 5% off discount on orders paying bank wire transfers & Western Union.
We also provide discounts for 1) government and 2) eductional institution Buyers.
